Rice Cutlets

Ingredients: 2 cups of Leftover rice (preferably pulao or masala rice)
2 mashed Potatoes
2 to 3 chopped Green chillies
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste



Method:



1. If you do not have pulao rice or masala rice, just mix 1 tsp of curry powder and half tsp of amchur powder to plain cooked white rice.
2. Mix in all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mashing the rice with your fingers.
3. Shape into tikkies and deep fry in hot oil a few at a time till crispy and golden brown.
