Fresh curd/yoghurt (Dahi) - 1 Cup 1/2 Kg
Sugar (Chini) - 3 Tablespoons (vary it as per your taste)
Cardamom powder (Ilaichi) 1 pinch
Saffron (Kesar) - A few strands
Green Pistachios (Pista) - 1 tablespoon crushed
Almond s(Badam) - 1 tablespoon crushed


1. Hang the yoghurt in a muslin cloth to remove the water for overnight.
2. Now take this hung curd and add sugar.
3. Put it in a blender and blend it to a smoot finish.
4. Add the Cardomom Powder.
5 Take a teaspoon of warm milk and dissolve some strands of Saffron in it.
6. Add this Saffron milk in the yoghurt.
7. Add the crushed Almonds.
8. Add the crushed Pistachios.
9. Put in the fridge.

While serving garnish with some crushed almonds and pistachios.
