Kurkuri Bhindi (Lady Finger)


  • Bhindi ( Lady Finger ) 250 grams
  • Mango Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala 1/2 tea spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Besan 4 tablespoons
  • Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions: How To Make :-

Wash and pat dry the Bhindi with a cloth. ( Drying with cloth helps to get rid of the small thorny things on the top of the Bhindi)

  • Cut the heads off the Bhindi
  • Slit the Bhindi ( Lady Finger) length wise
  • Take a mixing bowl and put the Bhindi in it.
  • Add the Mango Powder
  • Add the Red Chili Powder
  • Add the Salt
  • Add the Besan
  • Add the lime juice

Mix well.

Now heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the Bhindi.

Take the fried Bhindi out on a dish lined with kitchen towels to get rid of the excess oil.

Sprinkle some Chaat Masala.
